The terms governing your use of this website and any engagement with Modderspruit Building Construction CC.

By accessing or using the website of Modderspruit Building Construction CC ("MBC", "we", "us") or by engaging us for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Modderspruit Building Construction CC (Reg 2010/014831/23) is a 100% black-owned, NHBRC and CIDB registered civil and building contractor based in Modderspruit, South Africa. All services are subject to a written quotation and signed agreement.
Quotations issued by MBC are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Pricing is based on the scope of work supplied at the time of quoting; variations, hidden conditions or scope changes may result in additional cost subject to written approval by the client.
The client is responsible for providing safe, lawful and unobstructed access to the site. MBC reserves the right to suspend works where site conditions present a health, safety or legal risk to our team. Any standing time caused by client-side delays may be charged at our standard hourly rate.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deposits and progress payments are payable in line with the agreed payment schedule. Final payment is due upon practical completion. Overdue accounts attract interest at the prevailing prime rate. Title in materials remains with MBC until paid in full.
MBC provides a 12-month workmanship guarantee from the date of practical completion, in addition to any applicable NHBRC structural warranty for residential builds. The guarantee excludes damage caused by misuse, neglect, third-party alterations, or events of force majeure.
Any change to the agreed scope must be requested in writing and confirmed by MBC before execution. Variations will be quoted separately and added to the contract sum once accepted by the client.
All content on this website — text, imagery, logos, designs and architectural drawings — is the property of MBC or its licensors and is protected by South African copyright law. No content may be reproduced or republished without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MBC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of our website or our services. Our total liability for any direct claim shall not exceed the value of the contract giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute shall be referred first to good-faith negotiation, and failing resolution, to mediation or the appropriate South African courts.
MBC may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with the effective date below.
